How to install YaCy for non-administrator-accounts in Win 10

Hello,

I have two accounts on my PC, one for administration and one for daily usage.
There are no problems running YaCy with the adminsitration account, but the installation for my daily usage account gives me a hard time. First of all the desktop icon isn’t set up. I can’t start YaCy from the installation folder. Even executing the startYACY.bat with administrator privileges won’t work. Can any body help me to set up the installation for my daily usage account?

Yes, YaCy lacks support für Windows installation. We need a developer who would submit him/herself to this work. We must create a new installer for Windows.
