Hello, I am relatively new with Yacy. I have gotten an instance up and running but I don’t want to expose it as a Senior peer until I have a few things figured out.

Where is the index written to? Inside the /yacy folder?

Is Export the right way to backup an index? Or can I just copy a folder from somewhere?

How can I verify that Yacy is not indexing local files from my server or sending that to peers
?
